z Hi, everyone! It has been a while since I've blogged. I have been super busy with work, revving up for the new school year, shopping for trucks for John and helping my 8-year-old choose and start a confirmation project. Tim will be in third grade this year, and at St. Theresa Church, that is the age the children are confirmed. Sacramental preparation just also happens to be a big part of my job at the church. No, Tim doesn't have an unfair advantage because I'm his "teacher." All the third grade parents were given pages of confirmation ideas back in May.
Surely we're not the only family to begin the project?! I have seen a lot over the past four years, and I wanted to make sure whatever project Tim did was memorable for him. He has his own blog at toyprayerflag.blogspot.com.
It's a way for us to share his experience with others - everyone needs a prayer, and God listens.
